It's complicated

Seriously, i didnt know my ignorance can lead to so many things happening. And the most funny things is it proceeded stage by stage and i didnt even notice until someone told me.

I haven got a clue on how it started in the first place also.

(=_=)

But can you really blame me? I really got no experience when it comes to relationships. Seriously.

Honestly speaking loh, i still dont really know how things become like this.

Anyway, i just glad that it's over and it's a weird weird matter to be exact.

Haiya, i dont know anymore lah

Thoughts:

Er, i'm not sure whether you have heard of this, but i find the flavours very er...erhm...what's the word? ah! disturbing.

If you are telling me, it's an isotonic drink then i'll understand the colour. But hello? It's pepsi + yogurt. So should it taste as gassy as pepsi or should it be as sour as yogurt?

As for the ice cucumber ( cucumber?!), welllllll, i'm not sure if i would like to try it. Is it my imagination or is pepsi learning towards producing health drinks seeing that there's an addition of yogurt and cucumber? But then again it's still carbonated so no? Hmmmm.....tricky.

By the way, this drink is only available in Japan i think and i'm not sure when it's coming over to Malaysia.

Seriously, Japanese people never ceased to amaze me. They always come up with weird but fantastic stuff (not talking bout the drink). I'm not surprise if they manage to produce a mushroom flavour pepsi in future.

Hahahahahahahaha

impromptulicius

Yes, i pretty aware that there is no such word. It is something that i add on just to adjust to the mood that I'm currently feeling.

Been feeling tired thanks to the energy consuming morning session. All the anxiety, nervousness, edginess really took the toll on me even though i only feel the aftermath now. Like i had predicted, although i keep telling myself i can do it, but i still make mistakes...oops correction i should say i make a lot of mistakes.

You see that's the thing that happened to me when i'm impromptu-ing. I never seemed to use the correct words at the right time. And my points just repeat and repeat. Plus with all the un-planned pauses.

*Sigh*

Another typical case of my mouth working faster than my brain.

*sob sob*

But, i dont feel that nervous already when i'm talking infront. Okay maybe a little bit. I just hope my next speech will be more natural, fluent and mistakes free. I think i'm able to survive this course right? Right. Nowwwwwww i need some ideas for my next speech.

Can someone spray me with some topic powder?

***

Okay, i'm not sure why i'm going to blog bout this. But i feel the need to. I pretty aware that my language usage is sometimes er...not very polite. Then again, this is my blog. So i can write anything that i want. Which is why i'm debating on whether to let my father knows bout my current blog or not ( he is asking for my url btw).

You see, he is very serious bout the language. So i'm not entirely sure how he'll accept my english in which i have corrupted, modify and edited. Two pretty good examples, are the wide usage of manglish and almost a variety of crude languages or simply put "bad words"

So now, i'm in dilemma.

........

........

........

Oh yes, i am.

Yes, i still remember you. You're my sister's friend. I'm not sure when you have started reading my blog. I just only noticed yesterday that you left a comment on one of my posts. I'm sorry to give a late reply and I seriously didnt think someone will browse through my archive.

Anyway thanks for dropping by and i love your hand made cards. They are soooooo lovely!!! ^^

Hope you'll have a great bday!!!

sleepiness vs anxiety vs laziness

For those who are waiting for the updates on genting trip please kindly refer to Jazs's blog as you can see i'm obviously very lazy already.

***

I feel so sleepy now. In fact i feel so sleepy since yesterday! I'm not sure is because of my flu or i simply slept too much. Okay, I'm convinced it was the former.

And yes, my cough came back again. Great. I just recovered last month! Now i have to pray i dont break into coughing fits for my impromptu speech tomorrow.

Speaking of impromptu, seriously i damn gan cheong. Sure, i can crap something up. But i have to make sure it's relevant and that's the worst part for me. My mouth absolutely work faster than my brain. Therefore, i tend to speak without thinking.

Gosh...

*shudders*

I'm so dead.

I dont understand why we have to do this again even tho we went through it in foundation.

(=_=)

Utar just have a knack of repeating courses.

Sigh, for tomorrow, i hope i can get a good number and good topic.

Dont want to repeat the same mistake i made when i'm in foundation.

Please, no.

Max Pain

Just watched max payne last nite. ^^

The show like shit. So shitty until it was such a pain to watch. Dont watch please. Not nice wan. I was so bored and sien. Waited for the movie to finish. But like tak habis habis. It's like rewatching the death of ian stone but only better by a little.

Seriously lor, throughout the first quarter of the show, i didnt know what the hell is going on. Then when they finally revealed something, i realised how lame it was. Super duper lame. Wasted money only.

Actually want to watch eagle eye wan, but dont have tickets so settle for max payne instead.

Please, please, please

The gathering on sunday, can we not watch this?

The blues

Note : you can choose not to read on because i think it's pretty irrelevant. So why the post? My hands are just really itchy to write something. So that's why crap posts are born =D

I've been feeling blue since last night to be exact.
Is it because of the weather?
Perhaps it's that time of the month again?
Probably because i'm not that happy in the first place?
So many unanswered questions.

***

It's been raining for almost everyday already.
And it's usually at very bad times.
How i wish everytime it rains, i can be at home, doing something that i like.
Not going for horrible lectures and finishing early.
Dont get me wrong.
I dont mind finishing early.
It's just that taking public transport home makes you feel troublesome.
I'll be hardworking if someone can fetch me from uni also.

***

I guess feeling blue does give you a better perspective of things.
Your mood can be controlled and you feel the emptiness.
How do i put this?
It feels like you're detach from something.
And with this feeling you will look at matters from a neutral perspective.

***

In a way, i'm glad that i'm still feeling the blues.
At least i maintain some old habits of mine.
Which i think it's good in my opinion.
When you are feeling down, it doesnt necessary mean you failed something. Sometimes, it's just an motivation to make you move on.
And i guess in this situation, it played its role.
Out of all the days, i have to hear this now.

I feel so blue.

For once, i hope, i stop thinking right away.

A series of mistakes?

Bah, just came back from a stress free trip from genting today. More will be elaborate on the trip once i got hold of the piccies.

=)

***

Damn rain.

Well, actually i do like rain. It's just that the timing is not right. It always rain when we about to do something ( remember our shooting?) or after a particular event ( especially when we finished our class for the day)

And it happened today. Again. It started to rain when we about to get ready for class. Just when we thought we might be able to go to uni by bus, even if we were to be drench a lil, we wouldnt mind. Unfortunately, Mr. Rain decides not to go easy on us. It rained heavier as time goes by.

(=_=)

Luckily in the end, chicken's housemate agreed to give us a lift. We managed to squeeze in 6 ppl in a kelisa. ^^v

***

You know, i really regretted coming to class today. I should have gone home, eat and sleep. You know why?

That's because it is a horrible lecture. Our subject was initially multimedia broadcasting then it changed to multimedia design and application. And the lecturer started off with an annoying slang. It's like she's trying to get into a american/british slang but somehow she didnt grasp it skillfully enough. It's quite hard listening to her too. And the most interesting part is when we asked her bout our assignment and she answered,

"I'm not sure bout your assignment. You have to consult your tutor."

Hello, arent lecturer suppose to know?

Hell, they just pushed everything aside as they wish.

That's not the only horror.

We discovered that the tutorial we had on monday was actually a mistake. Apparently the "geniuses" in the office made a mistake with the class and subject arrangement. Therefore, the class on monday was for nothing. No wonder the same tutor ffk us on wednesday.

Seriously, this sem's time arrangement had been so poorly managed.

First the timetable on the net is incorrect. Then they give us another timetable in which we suppose to have a class on wed. Next they rearrange the time on friday and tuesday making both days with only 2 hour of lecture. After that they messed up the course and subject arrangement.

Damn chadou lor.

If this was a series, i bet it can emerge as the top of stupidities.

Wish

Happy Buffday to my dearest MoMo*Chin!!!!

p/s : Must ask Jacklyn for the video. hehe. For-entertaining-purposes~

@!@!$#$#$#%$#$%#%

My impression of utar changed slightly (in a good way) after discovering that they had posted the timetable online.

Please note that they NEVER post it online before. Usually, you have to go and take it yourself. So something like posted online is a very very very good improvement.

My thoughts were, " Eh they posted online wor, so efficient wan. Not bad le. Got improvement".

Alas, i should have expected it was not the case. As always, Utar will remain as utar. Now, i'm pretty convinced that they wont improve to be better. Even if they do, i bet it wont make a difference also. They just had the potential to make BAD choices at the RIGHT time. I gotta say, they make me so proud by proving me right.

First, they posted the inaccurate timetable on the net. And the most wonderful thing is both lecture classes on monday and friday ends at 7. Malaysians should be very familiar with the timing as we all know the jam is very heavy at that time. I'm pretty sure, utar management are staffs who arent foreigners. Surely they realise this right? Then again, i may be wrong.

Another thing is, we have a 3 hour tutorial on saturday. Not that i mind considering we had escaped having classes on saturday for a while now whereas other courses arent so lucky.

And so, utar dropped the bom on us again by stating that we are having a class on wed from 2-4. But the tutor corrected us by saying it was 3-5. Okay, nevermind. That's not the main thing here. I would greatly appreciate it if they had the class earlier in the morning but NOT later in the evening. What a waste of time! Having to come in the late afternoon only for a class. You think we VERY FREE is it? Petrol VERY CHEAP is it?

*breath in breath out*

Luckily that our tutor on monday quite cincai. She said we could extend the tutorial on monday thus cancelling the wed class. At least we have our wednesdays off then.

Oh ya, speaking of our tutor. First impression of her can be describe by one word : nice. Today ah, she treat us sooooooo good. Told us on monday that we'll be having a class today. But guess what? She didnt turn up. FFK us! Make us come to see air only. Sheesh, i thought she was late or what but we waited for one hour also she didnt turn up. Worst of all, her hp was switched off. Hello auntie, even if you got anything on, can at least sms the class rep and tell us that there's no class. Honestly, i didnt know she can just do that. It is always the other way round, not meh?

Anyway,

Guess what?

We had another good news from utar. You just cant expect less of them, they definitely lived up to our accusations and exceed our expectations. We just had another new timetable!!! Highlight of the timetable : fridays class suppose to be from 3-7. Now it split up on two days which are tues and fri. Both are 2 hours of lecture (5-7)

Which means :

Monday ( if the plan worked out ) 12-7
Tues 5-7
Fri 5-7
Sat 11-2

Woooohooooooooo!!!!!

Fantastic la, i tell you.

Truly, the work of a genius.

Happy birthday Jasmine!!!

Finally you joined the club!!!

Wait for you very long adi...

Life in Batu Pahat

Hometown suppose to be where you are most comfortable right? It should bring back memorable memories right? It should be a livelier place since you grew up there right? Right. The answer should be right isnt it?

I doubt it.

Life here seems to be slow. Too slow for my taste. If i were to rewind back 3 years when i was form 5 i still can take it. Now it's seems so unbearable.

As always, i'm home alone again. Dad went out to find his friends and grandma went out to the shop ( we have our own shop here). Lucky i got psp and cc as my saviors.

Things get interesting at night though. You can say my house is located in a very strategy spot. It's basically in the center of everything you need. The main bus station, the store, 7 eleven, marrybrown, batik shop, watson, are behind my house. Then the left of the house is a newspaper agency, salon, clinic, photostat shop. By the way my house is a shop house, so below us is a cafe. Then on the right, we have clothes, mechanic, bookshop, chinese medicine and water filter shop.

So like i said, basically you have everything you need. Even when you die, there's a funeral parlor opposite of my house across the road. No need to worry bout josssticks and all, you can get it in the shop next to the funeral parlor. Oh ya, there's also a computer and tyre shop there too. Then nearby also got a temple. Super duper convenient.

Go anywhere also convenient and very near. I just take about 5 mins walk to the bus station only. Life here is simple. The houses are not very far off. There are some distance where you can do the walking.

At night it gets more interesting. Occasionally you can hear those chinese operas (i'm not sure bout this. It's like got people sing in dunno what language, the voice quite high pitch then the background music quite bising wan) So if you are watching tv in the hall, usually have to increase the volume because it's sometimes too noisy until you cannot hear the tv audio. Sometimes, quite seldom la, you can hear people mourning. I mean real life people, not ghost. Then if you are those who are bat-alike ( sleep in the day, awake at night), you get a chance to hear cats get high and making out ( mating?).

One more thing to complain before my post ends, i dislike bp drivers. They are neither slow or fast. Especially when it comes to road crossing. They will tend to be unbearable slow from far away but when you're bout to cross the road, they will drive faster.

And is it just me or there have been more cars lately? Such a small town yet so many cars.

ish ish

(=_=)

Reminder

Er, yes i know i am leaving today. But just want to inform you that i will be internet-less for a few days. So if you send any email or anything online i wont be able to reply or receive it.

If you see me signing in msn, that is most probably not me. I explained it a few posts back but i'm not sure you guys still remember or not. Erm, nevermind la. I double remind again.

I usually put auto sign in and because my house internet is wireless so anyone who uses a computer with my msn messenger will auto sign in ( just in case you send a msg on msn and i didnt reply you)

So that's all!!!

Happy enjoying the last week of holidays!!!

Going back to hometown

Yeap, as the title says, i'm going back to hometown tomorrow.

........

........

........

And?

Seriously, i dont know how am i going to spend my time there. Meeting up with friends maybe? (But i think most of them are not back yet. Still studying) Or do some school visiting? ( is the school holidays over yet?) Perhaps sight-seeing sounds good (But what's there to seee??)

Right. Sounds quite boring. I think i better bring back my psp just in case i'm stuck there and got nothing to do.

Honestly, i dont really feel like going back but somehow i feel that i need to. I feel that it's become more and more of an obligation than a desire. I wonder if i should really feel this way. It's not like i dont really want to go back but because everything is here? Er...how should i put it. Let's just say whenever i go back hometown, i just feel like a home is not a home anymore whereas i feel more homely when i'm in KL. Weird right? I guess it happens when both of your parents are living in two different places or it only happen to me? (=_=)

Oh i just remembered. There goes my 2nd week of holidays! But didnt i just complain bout finishing the first week a while ago? Noooooo!!! Another week more (which is soon) then i'll be back in uni.

*whines*

i am so going to miss my computer and etc etc tomorrow.

Back to "Nihongo" basics

Yeah, finally i found something to do. I was glad that it happened a week before my uni starts not a day before. Somehow i always find good games to play or some nice drama to watch a day before uni starts. And what happened during the holidays? Doing stuff which bored me to death.

Actually, i was thinking since i have so much free time (damn psp got no new games to play), might as well i polished up my "nihongo" a bit. Opps, correction. Not polished up. Basically it's relearning japanese language since i totally forgotten bout hiragana. The only alphabets that i remembered were "あ" and "ん" which were respectively the first and the last letter in hiragana.

Oh, so much for the pandang ke jepun concept....

(=_=)

My 2nd sister told me that she can even watch raw anime episodes ( no subtitles) with ease. And she even know more japanese words than me. She didnt go for classes either. I quite the malu to say i did went for classes and by now i already forgotten almost everything that my sensei taught.

I should blame myself for not applying it in daily lives. So now i will trrrrrryyyyyyy my best to learn back nihongo and hopefully (depends on my progress) i'll be able to write and read japanese.

Dear hiragana and katakana, pls go easy on me~

Seriously???

I was browsing through some random psp stuff when i stumbled upon this :

Omg~

Tell me it's isnt true!

I feel slightly cheated. First psp 3000 now this???

You gotta be joking.

latest version doesnt mean it's the best

I just got a brand new slim and lite psp this year, namely psp-2000. My baby is only 4 and a half months old. And it's free despite my protest to pay for it.

Okay, that's not the point. The main thing that i'm going to complain about is the latest psp release by sony!!!!

Nooooooo!!!!!

Just after slim was released bout a few months ago, sony just recently announced that there will be a new psp namely psp-3000 coming out soon!!!

Why la do this to me when i just recently bought it????

Yerrrr.....

Damn tak puas okay (even if i didnt pay i still tak puas. Hmph!)

Dahlah know that you rasa tak puas, but still cant help to go do research on the latest psp =)

Sometimes i really wonder why i want to do all the things which might ended with me shooting myself. lol.

Okay, continue with my recent "research", the results are:

1. The difference in LCD screens. New LCD screens feature five times the contrast ratio and quicker pixel-response times than the old PSP display. Thus resulting in eliminating ghosting or blurring during gameplay and video playback (gamespot, 2008).

psp 3000 (top) psp 2000 (bottom)

Here's another picture if you havent notice the differences

psp 2000 (left) psp 3000 (right)

2. Psp 3000 has a built in mic which is really convenient if you tend to use video calls on psp skype.

The black dot beside the PSP logo is the built in mic

3. Apparently the PSP 3000 has rounder edges compared to the previous model. Kononnya PSP-3000 systems now have a textured surface that provides better protection against fingerprints.

PSP 2000 (top) psp 3000 (bottom)

Thoughts :

The upgraded LCD screen is certainly very appealing. Better colour quality means better gameplay especially when you're playing in a bright lighted room or under the sun. Those annoying reflections can certainly get onto your nerves.

As for the built in mic, i seriously dont think it's necessary. Unless they are planning to create games which require you to speak through the mic during gameplay?

Lastly, rounded edges and better textured surface? Seriously, i got a feeling they are desperate to change the design but cant modify much. If you're afraid of finger prints just get a crystal case or a pouch or you can even wipe it if it's dirty. I would rather much prefer if they just focuses more on upgrading the specs or maybe the battery life than the design.

I'm quite disappointed in the changes honestly. I thought the latest version will leave me " woooow"or "ahhhh" but in the end it's just "har??? wtf"

Nope, i'm not emo bout the features or anything, i just feel like i just bought the 2000 version and here they are, happily released the 3000 version. It's that kind of feeling la. Sorry i dont really know how to explain it. They have just recently release 2000 version and they are going to released another 3000 version which in my perspective isnt that great in both design and hardware. Call me jealous or whatever, i have my right to complain.

xp

And according to psp developers, psp 2000 will cease to exist starting from dunno when. That is soooo dumb. I still prefer my psp 2000 even though it's not upgraded with those ahem high technologies.

=D
